5.8 epicenter 41 miles NW of Richmond, VA... near D.C. CNN reports evac'd Manhattan and Pentagon... Cell phone lines are disrupted some. ( I can't send texts, but I can receive them... weird)

I don't know where Joe is, but I guess he's running open headers because I felt his car fire up in Richmond Hill

At 5.8 it was just a little larger than the last one we had......still enough to rattle window blinds and send people running from all the high rise office buildings in the area.

I felt it 2 in PA. It sounds like everyone is ok. I do know that Penn street bridge in Reading is closed due to cracks. All i know is i ran outside right away to check on my SS and she is ok.

they just upgraded it, it was a 5.9 & was centered in Mineral, Virginia, between Charlottesville and Richmond.
