yup, motrin is helping but I'll have to make sure I take more before bed cause it gets stiff when I'm sleeping.

It might have something to do with those crazy dreams

So you sleep when you get home...then stay awake until you have to go to work again? You should do the opposite. Sleep before you go to work. Then, it will be like working days. Worked for me for 3 years in the Air Force. Ask Spike. I'm guessing he went that route too.

hers my schedule- i work at 530pm i get off at 2 i go to the gym then i go to my next job then i go home and fall asleep by 11 and wake up at 410
