We weren't trying to play at a super fast pace. My friend and I can normally pull off 18 in about 2.5-3 hours, but today, there were two 3-packs ahead of the 3-pack in front of us (who were average players and still playing at a normal pace) who were so slow it was causing a back-up where we had 3 groups waiting to tee off at each hole.

About the 15th hole, my buddy and I gave up, it was quickly approaching 100 degrees in the non-shaded areas of the course and we weren't going to melt trying to finish on a day where we were shooting poorly.

Had we finished the round, we would have clocked in at just under 5 hours. No round of golf (unless its a 4 person bestball/own ball grouping) should EVER take 5 hours.

Sorry for the rant, I'm exhausted and sweaty and hot....blah!

the whole thread was begging to be trolled. lol He started it to just brag about himself/parents. I mean, who comes on a camaro forum to ask who drives a GTR? lol Not a lot of common sense there.

I don't know ... if I want to take a walk through the woods, I don't need a little white ball to tell me where to go
