Well, there are certainly parts that could be used. I would be afraid of the car breaking upon transport (literally breaking in half) Shockingly the doors open.

^thats a start the doors on mine woundnt open from the inside good thing the windows can still be rolled down

Heres mine, first car as well and still my only car. Plan on picking up a mid eighties K5 or GMC Sierra this winter though.

but you say you drive a 79? it looks like a 77-78 or did you switch the front ends

Yup sure did, I like the look of the front end better from 77-78 but like the back better from 79-81.
