Today, I worked out with my Navy DEP group. I followed that with a workout with Navy SEALs. This is my post-workout regimen:
• whey protein
• chicken
• half-quart of Gatorade
• SweeTarts roll
• anti-septic spray for my open wound
• heat pack for my back
• ibuprofen
• a long, hot shower
• sleep, then get up and do it again tomorrow

Did I mention that I love hard workouts?
