I use this method in business all the time its:

1. Tell them what you're going to tell them
2. Tell them
3. Tell them what you told them
4. Conclude

Damn, maybe I should use myself as an example

I'm trying to find some articles, I've found one about US presidents who were from single parent families and think I've got at least half a page's worth of material from here. Yeah, I've covered what I need to say pretty much, I just need filler which I'm looking for. I didn't do it for each separate topic, I'll try that formula. Thanks.

Well the big wigs are going to be in the office today so if I disappear for periods of time... Thats why. Going to be a super boring day!

Yeah I'm going to want to gouge my eyes out. Hopefully my sister calls and says shes having her baby so I can leave. She went in last night and they gave her the option to stay because her contractions were getting strong but she said she would just come back.

Aw congrats on being an Aunt soon. I have a niece that is a little over a year old now.

Thanks! She already has a 3yr old son, but this will be the first niece in the family. So I'm pretty excited.

lol. Well my nephew just calls me Tee (short for Auntie) and he calls Logann - Lo-lo. Before he could say Skippy (Skip) he just called him Pee. So me and Skip were Tee Pee. lol.
