For Sale - Set of 20" Factory Chromed Wheels- SOLD

For Sale
Chrome OEM Wheels off my 2010 SS/RS Camaro
$750

SOLD!

A set of plated OEM factory wheels (4). Fronts: 20" x 8", Rears: 20" x 9". I had them PVD Permachrome plated by US Wheel Exchange. The US Wheel warranty is for 100,000 mi, 5 years.

The car is stored in the winter. In fact, the wheels have never been driven in the rain. Excellent condition; no curb rash, no stone damage. There is only 4500 miles on them.

You keep your wheels, this is NOT an exchange.

Note: The photos show what looks like wavy areas on the spokes. That is not an imperfection, but only a reflection of the trees behind the camera. They are beautifully finished. Additional close up photos are available on request.

Almost nothing when compared to chrome. Their web site says the PVD process is 100 times lighter than chrome. I thought that was a typo, but they confirmed it when I called them.

Thanks for your interest. I am not sure yet. I can't answer your question until next week. I have new wheels ordered and they should be here in about a week.

When they arrive, I will use the shipping boxes from the new wheels to ship my chrome wheels. At that time, I will measure and weigh the boxes and get a handle on shipping costs.

With that said and not knowing what that cost will be, I am thinking of asking the buyer if he/she is interested in splitting shipping 50/50. I was also thinking of running a local ad on Craigs List to avoid the shipping cost.

Definitely lighter, it is so thin it is measured angstroms, for the layman, the stuff is so thin it's one sided, but don't be fooled that it aint tough cause it is. It is commonly used in the plumbing industry to coat over chrome to make the "LifeShine Finish" (Moen's trade name).
