I agree somewhat. I just watched the video and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting after reading these comments. If what he said is true "Saleen built Bumblebee" then, well what can be said to argue that? And as far as the bashing went what do you expect at a Ford event? The same thing would be happening at a Chevy event I promise you. I've seen plenty of Ford bashing on these forums.

Not saying I'm a fan of the guy, but he played to the crowd like any good business man would do. And if GM really let him build Bumblebee than shame on them.

Once again he did not build bunmblebee. He was given a GTO and Camaro body panels and was told to put it together.

And I don't want to give him my money because he lied. If he's such a smart business man he should have told the truth about his envolvement so us GM guys wouldn't have a reason not to like him...

it's better to just talk trash than to take customer cars, part them out, take 5-6 times longer than the original project time estimate, and end up just installing used stock parts for a new performance price and calling it a day.

If you never wanted to give your money to companies that lie, you probably wouldnt spend very much. The guy was at a mustang event, it was not some public media announcement. Someone happened to record what he said and post it on the internet. Like it or not he is half right. Now hows about taking this wasted energy toward something that is irrelevant and put it towards a worthy cause. Like for example, painting that ugly sat. radio shark fin that is on the roof of the camaro. My buddies sat. radio ant. is painted on his toyota matrix but they cant atleast paint it on the camaro? Should be included on the RS package along with the painted roof ditch moldings.

How about you acknowledge that it's not smart to speak negatively against a market you want to do business in, regardless of the forum.

I"m a die hard Navy Veteran. I currently do business with the Navy. I want more than anything to do business with the Army, Air force and Marines. I am continuously around military personnel and when briefing Navy personnel I will never bad mouth other services.

He was at a car rally and should have guessed that not everyone there was a mustang only die hard fan. He should have told the truth about his involvement. I would say the same thing if it was Tom Henry or Calloway. You don't hear Chip Foose talk smack about different brands.

I give everyone I do business with the benefit of the doubt. But, rest assured If I catch a vendor in a lie, they won't get a dime of my money. GM dealers included.

I do everything in my power to earn my current customer's respect. And futher more I go out of my way to earn potential customer's respect.

He failed to do that so he gets neither my respect nor my business.

If you just can't understand my feelings on this, then I agree to disagree with you.
