Yeah tell me about it, I used to play hoceky professionally and windsurfed, so all year round I worked out and then all of a sudden stopped and started eating unhealthy.

haha true... itll be nice to have some weight to convert. Im hoping if I can work it just right i can hit the 225 range before trying to just cut fat and stay there and get my bench over the 475 mark... my personal best ever is 405 so maby itll all work out for me.

Me and a couple friends back when I was dating my ex went skinny dippin in mirror lake. Bad idea, the lake isn't very swimmer friendly and even at 4 in the morning on a Tuesday people still walk by.

did that in the ocean one time....but at 3 in the morning in the winter and when the fish think your piece is a minno........deosn't end well
