same hear... i pulled abunch of muscles in my back and tore some ligaments in my shoulder and had to lay off all lifting for a full year... gained like 45lbs.... im worse than an woman about how i look right now hahaha

I actually gained weight last year hanging around being lazy and eating late night. Past 2 months I've been working out and eating a lot better, lost only 5 pounds but got skinnier and much more muscular, at 173 pounds now.

yup... thatll def put on the weight. I went from lifting evryother day to not at all and went from 205 and cut to 250 and flabby. no strenuous activity, eating poorly, and pain killers will **** your body up.
