yeah me too. it sucks because she can't see that the best thing right now is for her to be with me. my ex currently just got engaged to a man she's only been talking to for 5 months. How she feels it's her right to have our daughter is killing me. Not only that, but he lives in south carolina...

So if she gets custody you won't be able to see her... I feel like using the fact that she is engaged after 5 months should lean the favor towards you, if you don't mind me asking who filed for divorce? That can be a factor as well.

I would be able to see her during the summer and some holidays. maybe long weekends.

and the divorce was a mutual thing.

i plan on moving to florida. which would be an 8 hour drive, one way.

I hope it all works out in your best interest man, a very close friend of mine got married way too early and just went through a divorce and lost a lot, they can be nasty. Hopefully it all ends well.

So I just got super scared drivin. I was behind a semi and a sheriff and all of the sudden my bluetooth is calling so I answer it. It's a girl I'm right behind you. Okay ha! It was one of my coworkers drivin around with her boyfriend

I'm super tired from working 9 hours and didn't know what was going on

I thought maybe it was rusty nail

That definatley sucks! Hopefully she will come to you! I see ugly divorces and it's the kids that always get put with the wrong guardians and they have to suffer which they shouldn't have to.
