The freaking cigs man! lol I know I am trying! when I was with my ex I quit for two years, and when we broke up unfortunately I started again. Because women are huge pains in the ----> lol, I am 30 now, and I don't want to live forever, but suffocating to death from lung cancer isn't they way I want to go out!

Just quit man, right now. Legit, like throw away the pack. That's what I did, my sister found out and she got really sad so I decided its not worth it anymore, and just threw away my pack. Only had to smoke 3 in the past 8 days, one when my car got towed, one when I got way too drunk at the club and bummed one off some girl on the patio, and I saw a movie that reminded me of something two nights ago so one then. Other than that, I'M FREE!!!

I wish it was that easy for me man! but I can't just quit cold turkey right now, I would go INSANE!!! I am slowing down though. I am at a pack every three or four days. I used to be a pack a day.
