Bonnie - I need some advice on "booty focus" too, however BodyPump and BodySculpt at the gym have been helping. I just have natural "junk in the trunk" even when I'm skinny......
All these are great,http://exercise.about.com/od/butthipsthighs/tp/butt.htm , I do mostly the top three,
but I'm gonna add the rest to my routines too!

Hello weightloss thread! I NEED you to not disappear anymore because I need you to keep me focused now more than ever. Work + school = tired and easy slope to getting lazy. So lets keep this thing moving.

Donna you look AWESOME! Really!

I need this thread more than ever too, offseason is the most important to keep building muscle and I can't gain very much weight or it will be sooo hard to get it off once I compete again! So lets keep it going and have some awesome recipe reminders!

Skinny Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Frosting
Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes

Servings: 6 • Serving Size: 2 cupcakes • Old Points: 5 pts • Points+: 6 pts
Calories: 240.7 • Fat: 8.5 g • Protein: 18.1 g • Carb: 24.5 g • Fiber: 2.5 g • Sugar: 4.2 g Sodium: 560.1 mg (without salt)

Ingredients:

For the Meatloaf Cupcakes:

1.3 lb 93% lean ground turkey
1 cup grated zucchini, all moisture squeezed dry with paper towel
2 tbsp onion, minced
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg
1 tsp kosher salt

For the Skinny Mashed Potato "Frosting":

1 lb (about 2 medium) Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp skim milk
1/2 tbsp light butter
kosher salt to taste
dash of fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme

Directions:

Put the potatoes and garlic in a large pot with salt and enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients. Using a masher or blender, mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°. Line a muffin tin with foil liners.

In a large bowl, mix the turkey, zucchini, onion, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, and salt. Place meatloaf mixture into muffin tins filling them to the top, making sure they are flat at the top.

Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from tins and place onto a baking dish.

Pipe the "frosting" onto the meatloaf cupcakes and serve.

Can't wait to get this recipe!

Here's one I'm going to try!

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 plus 2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 can Mexican style tomatoes, undrained & chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
8 oz. skinned, boned, uncooked chicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
1 c. hot cooked vermicelli

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic; saute. Stir in tomatoes and next 5 ingredients. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over vermicelli. (219 calories – 4.9 grams fat.)

Another tasty dinner in 30 minutes, that contains only 219 calories

well crap, now I started my diet this week. I haven't quite got it dialed in yet, but I did lose 5 lbs this week. Mainly increased my protein just a little, dropped a lot of 'unnecessary' carbs. Also changing my workout a little. It will be geared more towards a bodybuilding style, than powerlifting style.

Goal, 212 lbs.

Yesterday I did 5 sets of 30 squats and lunges holding 10 pound db
also hit the stairclimber for 30 min. It will be full body circuit along with 30 min. cardio today!

I really want to keep my cardio steady these next 6 months so my weight doesn't get out of control! Its time to grow!

Some days I may do P90X or Insanity, but I think I'm going to throw in some days of squats and super sets and some treadmill action...I'm going to see if mixing it up helps.

yea, I decided I'm gonna throw all kinds of different workouts at home instead of only doing my circuit workouts at the gym, I need the machines at the gym, but the rest can be at home!
