We wanna' know 'bout something stupid you did.
Okay, heres where you 'fess up to some dumb thing you did in the past. It ought to be embarrassing, or it ain't worth telling. Try to be man enough, woman enough, or man being woman enough, or,oh, you get the idea...
I'll start: When I lived as a caretaker on a sail boat, I and my then girlfriend had another couple over to visit. We spent the night in the boat. We slept farthest from the head (toilet) so to avoid waking everyone I relieved myself into a drained beer can. When I awoke, I had a bad case of cotton-mouth. I shook the beer cans around for one with some beer left in it. I thought that I had found one that had been opened and then forgotten. I drank the contents down, glug, glug, glug. Only then did I recall my nocturnal filling of that can...

I made the decision of going for a run in Coronado California despite knowing how packed that place is. I paid for it when a driver ran a stop sign and plowed into while I was in a pedestrian walk-way going 30 MPH. I'm lucky the only thing I have to remind me of how stupid a decision that run was is a metal plate in my left arm.
