Wow, looks like an oil leak on one side and a cylinder not firing correctly on the other. So in my opinion looks like two different problems which couldn't both be caused by the tune.

Well I'd say it makes sense to sue them for the price of a new engine + install.

Its a wagon ... its supposed to be big. Besides, the back end on a current CTW isn't exactly small:

I think the abandoned CTW just flows a bit better than the new ones. And it doesn't have an enormous D-pillar

well the ticket was 14 grand and i only had to pay 3 for the new engine....i was also told that when they get it and break it down that if the tune was not the cause i would be getting my money back and my warranty

Went pretty good, but I'm back to work now. Had a pretty rad dude trip to Ensenada with my brother and a friend from Friday to yesterday. Between the three of us, we killed three 30 packs, a 1.75liter and a 1liter bottle of Smirnoff, a 1.75liter bottle of Bacardi, 1.75 liter bottle of some crappy tequila, almost a liter of Kahlua, and a metric assload of tacos. The trip was a success
Sounds like a major success to me, I can't wait to go on vacation with a couple of my good friends after this quarter ends.
