Concrete residue on paint?
I somehow managed to get some concrete mix on my car during a rain storm. Don't know where I drove through it.
Is there anything I can apply that will allow me to remove it without taking the paint off with it? It is on the very bottom of the rocker panels, and in the wheel wells.

go to home depot and get some acid . Rub it very lightly with as little acid possible. If it is just the cement paste on your car it will come right off , if you have more sand and grit be careful not to rub into paint. Hope that helps.

I did the power wash, tried WD40, then good ole manual labor. I checked on the Muratic Acid, but I also saw where someone used distilled white vinegar. I will try the Vinegar, then the acid as a last resort.

VINEGER. STRAIGHT VINEGER. Do not water it down. put it in a spray bottle and spray the hell out of it. let sit for a lil bit and then rinse. If still there than repeat till gone. Polish and wax after. Trust me, worked at a cement factory. I carried spray bottles full of vinegar in my truck. only thing that worked

Thanks for the replies everyone. I bought the vinegar, and will hit it tomorrow am before the heat gets to bad. I will let everyone know how this comes out.
