No Special Day...........

Today is July 22, 2011 and unless there is something I dont know there is nothing really special about this day.

Here are a few video clips to Thank those who are far far away for what they do and I hope that their homecoming is as special as these and as mine was.............20 years ago today I got to see my Mom after Desert Storm on this very day after being gone almost a year. Love you Mom. Enjoy

I appreciate that very much, fortunately I was the one serving and my Mom was on the homefront. The neat part of this was my brother and I were both deployed and we both got to come home on the same day. He was in the Army and I was in the Marine Corps.

Those in the military and their loved ones REALLY know how special and emotional this is. I can't click on these, because I WILL cry! I appreciate every single service person and loved one. I know how I felt when my son was in Iraq, and how my day depended on knowing he was safe. i remember being both proud and scared at the same time. Thanks for your service, John, and for all those who serve.
