Me too, Mr.FL. Had a 69 Camaro, will have a 2010.

You're all going to hate me...

But I'm seriously debating buying a used Cobalt SS S/C since I probably won't be able to afford a new camaro any time soon.

Dude...I'm Hating You!! Not.

I'm not getting my new Camaro until after the recession, and I get my lost income back.

The SS / SC part is what will make it OK.

Yeah. I was looking at doing the GMPP stage 1 kit as well.

I don't know. I'm going to give it a few weeks to mull it over. I still want a camaro, I just don't think I'll be able to afford one for a long time to come, whereas I could get a decent SS/SC for about 10 grand.

I feel ya man. A camaro is so far away now. about a year ago when I was working 2 jobs it seemed feesable to get one in 2010 but now its looking like I might as well wait till I'm 25, save on insurance and hopefully I'll have enough by then

Yeah, well. Problem is that school is getting more and more expensive, and I can't get a better job till I get out of school. I may end up having to wait until I'm closer to graduation. Maybe the end of the 2011MY run. I honestly hope I don't have to wait till the 2012s.
