b. I bought a fairly expensive Bulova watch from them. it stopped working. sent it in, they tried to replace battery, still didn't work. sent it to manufacturer, and i got the run around for over a year before i finally got a replacement.

Yeah I dont want to buy any of our jewelry from a big company. In fact I didn't even really want a diamond as my center stone becasue I dont want to support blood diamonds or debeers. And sapphire and aquamarines have been in engagement/wedding rings much longer than diamonds which is only a recent trend.

And no youre not.
