Thanks...but after taking several measurements it turns out I am really at 15% body fat (I figured the 13% wa too good to be true), but I am still stoked about being at 15%. But now that the stupid 13% got into my head, that is now my new goal! Problem is, the fat is coming off body parts I don't want it to come off and is still hanging out elsewhere!! My husband is gonna be sooooooo upset when he finds out I deflated his favorite toys!!!

I can't wait to see her pics either!!! And I am like you, all boobs and no butt...I've been working on the butt...making some progress, but now it seems my boobs are disappearing!! The fitness Gods really think they have a sense of humor don't they?? I for one, do not think they are funny!!
Hahah I have been spending more time in the mirror too. Skip is always laughing at me. And i'm always like feel this muscle and feel this muscle haha.

I want my boobs to deflate hahah I would be happy!! Even when I weighed 122 I still had Cs. They get annoying to me hahaha, Skip doesnt seem to mind to much when they disappear. But I'm working on toning/building up my backside.

That's the way to do it and look at it. I started at around 220 pounds and 5'2" and I come from a family that is heavy, we are southern we know how to cook and really know how to eat... ALOT! I have stayed at a size 4 or smaller for over 8 years now. It takes a lifestyle change and a lifestyle commitment, you have already done the hardest steps! Be proud of yourself and your accomplishments they are larger then you think!

Wow 220lbs, you go girl! I know what you mean about being a southern family. But I have found a way to make all our favorite dishes much much healthier so I can keep my 1400-1600 calorie diet and still eat stuff I love. And thanks! This thread really helps keep me motivated.

Getting caught up on the thread. Interesting discussions.

I like the hanging up pictures FIGRRL. That's a good motivator.

People made fun of me at work as well. They'd make comments about how I never went out to lunch with them, how I was always eating chicken and broccoli and how boring that was, blah blah blah.

Then we had a company paid vacation for a group of us to FL. I told them before I left they'd be lucky to see me in a shirt period, it was trunks and flip flops the whole time. Well, the first time I hit the beach everyone was like dayum and that's when I was still at about 9% BF back in March. They weren't making fun of me then I can tell ya that.

Since that trip, folks have come to me for workout and nutrition advice.

I also found the gym on the resort property and worked out everyday on the trip as well.

On vacation I don't eat as strict as I do when I'm home. I'll allow maybe one meal a day of something like pizza or something like that. I still workout though, just like I do at home. It's a good compromise.

I enjoy the discipline of dieting. I was in the Marine Corps and just like all the difficult stuff I guess. I even like it when I feel a bit loopy from being carb depleted after a few days of strict low carb eating. It lets me know it's working.

Since upping the protein I've put on about 4 lbs, but my BF is staying right in the 7% range so I'm still pretty happy and my abs are still showing nicely so I think it's alright. I did add the cardio back in on the weight lifting days, however. I may cut the alcohol out again as well, but that's a last resort LOL.

Well the 16 weeks of fun have begun for me.... Tuna, lettuce, brown rice, and egg whites for the next few weeks until the first plateau, then the world will start to suck, down 5 lbs since Sunday already tho!

Can't even have that. My diet and cardio has to be on point. :( I can't miss a beat or I will not make the weight my trainer wants, which is 10 pounds LESS then all of those pics I posted!

Rice cakes are not food LOL. This goes for women as well as men, if you workout ALWAYS eat your protein.

Yep I lost it last night, I really shouldn't have had that, I stayed up way to late, but I guess its better than really cheating on something bad, rice cakes only have 8 carbs, but, I have lost 2 ils. since the 4th of July!
