My loose skin isn't too bad...I think the stomach skin will probably firm up in time, but the boobs??? Well, those I'm not so sure about...they were already heading south before I even had weight/fat loss! Good thing is, all it takes is a good bra/bikini top and no one will ever know!! (well, except my friends here in this thread!! LoL!!) I am gonna try to concentrate on adding some more chest exercises because honestly my workout regime is kinda lacking in that department.

Thanks...but after taking several measurements it turns out I am really at 15% body fat (I figured the 13% wa too good to be true), but I am still stoked about being at 15%. But now that the stupid 13% got into my head, that is now my new goal! Problem is, the fat is coming off body parts I don't want it to come off and is still hanging out elsewhere!! My husband is gonna be sooooooo upset when he finds out I deflated his favorite toys!!! Thanks Bonnie!!! I said it before and I will say it again, you have been a HUGE inspiration!!! Who knows? Maybe I will enter a competition one day!


I can't wait to see her pics either!!! And I am like you, all boobs and no butt...I've been working on the butt...making some progress, but now it seems my boobs are disappearing!! The fitness Gods really think they have a sense of humor don't they?? I for one, do not think they are funny!!

With my schedule I can't stone suits, so I am left with no choice... Pay to play. I have a huge shopping bag FULL of 2 & 1 piece figure posing suits.... I tried buying used... Yea not many 5'2" with the same bra size as I am :(

Well you have no choice because your competing in figure, I've actually never competed in that division so I have more of a selection for a cheaper priced suit and I stay pretty busy too, owning a business, I've actually never stoned a suit I just figured I'd get my mom to do it , haha she's a professional seamstress, and I'm a tight wod, LOL...go figure!

Wow Figrrl! You look great!! You make me feel like a pansy though!! Hahaha. Those competitions are interesting, it amazes me following Bonnie and all she does. I eat very strictly and work out consistantly but these guys make me look like a porker haha.

I hate vacationing at your families place they are brutal with food. I went to the store and bought healthy food and they made fun of me and were all its vacation. Trying to eat very small portions, but I miss my P90X and my diet. Stomach hasn't been happy at all either haha.

My family makes fun of me all the time but I just stick my tongue out at them and do what I want anyway,lol
I don't blame you girl, you've worked your butt off these past few months , you just want to keep what you've earned! Just stand your ground!

BTW... you don't look like a porker, you have leaned out very nicely these past few months, consistancy with your workouts and time makes a huge difference, Just keep going! your doing great,

Yeah I'm that way with my family and Skips immediate family but we are visiting his extended family and they are pretty persistant and act like youre offending them. So i try to eat a very small portion, but i just know this isn't helping me out. When we are just with his g-ma I can eat what I want.

Thanks Bonnie. I miss my workouts for sure. And I've decided to start the second phase of P90X over instead of picking up where i left off. Or plain missing workouts. My new clothes are definately helping me stay motivated.

Keep your head up! People constantly get on me while I am dieting for a show, they call me concentration camp victim and the like... You just have to remember that one of two things (or both) are happening: they don't understand because they don't go thru it like you are, or they are jealous.

Remember this to keep you motivated: the single hardest thing a human can do is loose weight. For one to loose weight one has to BREAK their natural addiction to food. We are preprogrammed to eat for survival, and therefore we have the strongest addiction to it. And you are DOING IT!

The other thing that helps me is I have a picture of Monica Brant on the fridge and a pic from my last show in my bedroom. If I wanna get there I have to stay outta both!!!!

The good thing is my fiance is pretty cool with it and he actually likes most of the stuff I eat, he just eats more of it haha. Its just people outside my family. And I hate that people are like its vacation eat whatever, but I'm like yeah I've worked hard for several months for this and just cause I go out of town for 5 days my weight is still there haha. I mean I dont eat bad regularly, lots of eggs and turkey and chicken and veggies. Sometimes I eat whole wheat pasta and such but its from that website Skinnytaste.com and the meals are usually 400 or less in calories.

I have pictures of myself when I weighed 122 on my mirror at home to keep my motivated. I also have my favorite pair of skinny shorts hanging from my door staring at me. My goal is that by the time I'm done with phase 2 of P90X to be back in the 120s. I can fit into some of my size 4-6 clothes but not all. Not giving myself a weight goal because I dont want to get there and then let loose, just trying to maintain a fit/healthy lifestyle.
