Thats what he said...he said once I get involved I'll be hooked, he said they go by your weight and all so I would be competing with women my own size.. so it didn't sound too bad!

I've never responded well to creatine. It just didn't do a thing for me.

The ON I take has 14g of BCAAs and 10G of Glutamine per serving. Seems decent to me. Glutamine Peptide is the 3rd ingredient on the label.

FIGRRL nice work! I've always had the opposite problem...never could put on size easily. Really pisses me off. I can lift more weight than guys twice my size at the gym, but never could get real bulky. I may end up cheating a bit down the road, we'll see, but if food and lifting gobs of weight won't do it then you gotta push in to something that gets the job done. I've been weight lifting seriously for about 10 years so it's not like I'm a noob.

WOW and you weigh a buck 20!

I ended up at the Doc last year after I bulged a disc in my back doing dead lifts. Worst pain I've ever felt in my life. I couldn't even get out of the car hardly. They gave me pain killers and steroids and luckily it healed (took 6 mos). I haven't done dead lifts since.

My leg extentions are up to 15 reps of 120 lbs and I'm squatting 85 lbs but I'm sure if I pushed my self I could increase that!

When is your next figure competition?

Doing 2 more this year.
One Halloween weekend and one the weekend after... Not sure yet if I am gonna do bikini or figure for those two.... I kinda want to do bikini so I can qualify for nationals for next year.... Bikini seems a bit less stressful then figure. And ALOT less expensive, that way I can spend more on my car!!!! A girls gotta have priorities right?!?!!

Suits. Pure and simple.
A figure suit runs 400 on the cheap and 3000+ easy on the high end

Bikini runs 50 on the cheap and 1000 on the way way high side

Well you would be great in bikini because you already have great muscle tone from doing figure, I really like the look of the bikini girls though and I like the posing better it just seems a bit more fun, and yes bikini is a bit more of a softer look so the diet isn't quite as harsh as figure, from what I understand, but don't get me wrong, my diet is waaaay strict right now, but I can atleast have a little oatmeal in the morning and afternoon, I'm a month out from Dexter jackson classic and I bought my suit from Teenyb for about 200.00, I just don't want to spend more money than that on a suit, here is the one i bought:
