Bonnie, I think you'll have no problems dispatching the younger girls. You're in awesome shape and have some natural genetic gifts as well. Curvy is good.

I don't know what I've done to myself, but damn my glutes and ham strings are on fire. Woke me up in the middle of the night last night cramping up and I had to actually take some Advil. I must be getting old or something. They're bothering me again and I guess I'm gonna have to take some more pain killers before bed haha. Sheesh.

So I packed my weights and my bands for vacation. Left... And realized I for got my DVDs. Gonna do some band work and ab stuff while I'm gone but I'm pretty upset. I think I'm going to start this whole phase over (i'm on weeks 6 so back to 5) when I get home on Tuesday. I feel like such an airhead.

Thank you Speedy

And as far as the muscle cramping, what helps me is glutamine, Magnesium and potassium, and lots of water, sweating in the heat pulls the magnesium, and potassium right out of you, ever since I've taking those three I never get muscle cramps anymore....

I bought a new dress... CLICKY except the bottom is blue and its SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO precious!! And its my new motivation because I have a tiny poof by my arm pits (partly because i'm chesty) so my goal is to nip that in the butt so I can wear it and not feel concious about it.

I always refer to my waist as "spillage" if my pants have gotten too tight!

I take a multi vitamin (Centrum knock off) every morning that I thought had most of that stuff. Glutamine I get quite a bit of in the ON Whey I drink. Potassium may be something I'd forgotten about. I ate a banana with my PWO protein this morning we'll see how she goes.

I'll double check on the magnesium in the vitamin just to be sure. May not be enough or something.

It's odd because I haven't had any issues like that in a long time, but it felt like somebody was pulling on that tendon that runs down the back of your legs. No matter how I sat it was like I couldn't get comfortable.

OH, and you motivated me...50 minutes of cardio today! I can tell it too, I'm craving something sweet like crazy....drinking a diet Mtn Dew to try to trick myself haha. Our admin at work keeps a jar of mini M&Ms, Reeses, stuff like that on her desk...I've had to avoid walking by there all day.

Yeah I usually take a multivitamin too but later in the day I guess my body needs the extra of those particular vitamins, all I know is IT WORKS!! and I try to get my cardio in when I workout and that makes 4 days a week for me, I just don't want to lose too much muscle when I compete, not everyday is that much so I probably won't be outdoing your time tonight....haha, may have to get in 55 min on saturday though!

Cool if it keeps up I'll add some early after noon with my Omega 3 and see what happens.

I always weight lift first, then do cardio. On MWF I do about 35 mins after the weights and on T and TH I'm doing 40 - 50 mins of cardio only.

Once the gym isn't right next door I won't be able to do 5 days a week anymore though.

You younger folks are so technical (and CFD). Anyhow, I have maintained over the past week, which is amazing in itself! I went home for the 4th of July holiday and "pigged out". I was afraid to step on the scale, but if anything, I lost a little. Amazing, I'll have to do that some more

Seriously, back to the gym and eating healthy! Maybe I can lose the last 5 I want to lose. I could aspire to do what sugar and spice is doing...but that would be no fun....don't want to be under 100 again. That would just make me look OLD
