I am afraid she will get off on the murder charge because the Prosecution could not prove it was murder. BUT she will get convicted of at least Felony child abuse, and Felony giving false testimony to the police in a death investigation. from what I hear both those charges carry a 30 year mandatory sentence.

In my opinion she is a party girl that got tired of being a mommy and just wanted out.. I really hope the Jury finds her guilty of all charges..

Defense is doing a pretty damn good job. I think she will get off on murder charge. This is crazy...did you see them go after each other? damn this is getting good.

Well haven't been paying close attention but from what I get from the defense is Casey can lie all she wants because of her dysfunctional family life, but her mom and dad have no excuse for lying. They said her brother was the only one that could tell the truth.. In my mind if Casey is such a lier and it is because of her family why should we believe her brother? Didn't he grow up in the same environment? Maybe I missed something....

I have figured that is what the defense has been going for, either that or have a hung jury to get a retrial.

They call the prosecution's case as made up theory but to me theirs seems more made up. I have a lot of questions about the defense evidence. Especially the part about the maggots and garbage in the trunk. Couldn't someone have put the garbage in the trunk specifically to try to mask the scent of death?

What a shame. Cute girl (not hot though) with a 2-yr old who evidently liked to party more than care forf a child.

Then the part that gets me is all the damn lies. The job she alleged to have at Universal, even took them on a wild goose chase about the "nanny" - why go thru all the lies if Caylee's death was "an accident". Gramma calls 911 and says it smells like something dead in the trunk of her daughter's car. OMG... I thought my family was messed up. So you don't report your daughter missing for 31 days - ya, great mother she was..

She'll get life and not the death sentence IMO. She knows more than what she's telling.
