How about "scooter" or "Lil Buckaroo"? I use those when I really want to irritate some one.
I typically use these no more than 3-4 times a day...

When someone I don't know addresses me with anything other than sir, excuse me sir, hello or uses my proper first name or surname..I ignore them.
It's real funny to see how they react...and when they mention it after they have my attention I simply say...I didn't acknowledge you because I thought "Chief" was someone else. You get satisfaction without being a dick not acknowledging being addressed buddy, boss, Chief, or stuff like that.

Funny story, when I tried to correct my of my employees I told him Louie please do not call me dude, either call me sir or Mr. ------, and he says ok dude, so I walked away shaking my head.
 True story !!!!.
