Just wanted to introduce myself, My name is John, im one of the mechanics at Torq, i wanted to make a name on here so i could help out our customers with any of their needs if Erik was not available.


a little about myself, I have been in this hobby for about 7 years now, as a professional for 4. Before joining Torq i was a Tech at a large Chevrolet dealer for a time, and also worked in the field for another performance shop in the import field building high end imports including 2 show winning Nissan r32 and r33 skyline gtr's and 1 1200+ whp toyota Soarer(supra).

I come from a background mixed with mustangs and camaros, from old foxes to F-bodies, up to 5th gens and new 5.0s.

I am the one that put togather our first Fuel system for the 5th gen camaros (although with a huge amount assistance from the rest of our team to make it the best on the market for you)if you have been following us on facebook

currently i own a 2011 mustang gt that I do both drag racing and autox with. with tune and offroad h on old mickeys i ran a 12.31@115 and havent had a good run since because these cars didnt come with an adequate clutch for the power they make.

my passion is in turning, ive been autoxing since 2005 with a variety of cars ive borrowed and tested from friends, and my own cars.
