I'm not racing. Daisy is staying home. Friends are racing their mustang and Chally.

Well nonetheless, I wish the same on them. I really couldn't stress more how much something like that f'ks you up in the brain and to drop on top of it all you're left high and dry with an asinine bill to fix it all out of pocket.

That's really the core of my message, BB. I don't want to see someone else go through what I'm going through. I know Daisy's your #2 baby.. just like my Bird still is #1. Just like that one member a year back that had her 5th gen bought back from the verge.

Every nice day like this. Every day after work.. I want to just drive. And to walk out to an empty slot just sucks. Heck I haven't moved anything on my work bench since I left for the track that day. Like some kinda sacred altar.

Thank you. Daisy is my #1 baby, Skip is aware. I'm still sad about what happened to you. I hope the best at the track for all of my friends. We haven't had an accident in the club yet. I hope to keep it that way. Only seen one wreck at the track and the vette hit the median doing a burnout.

I take it the vette took a rolling slide into the median?

I really appreciate the condolences, BB. It was a pretty bad one for a low speed accident relative to average track speeds. You think it's going ok but then something's off. By then it's too late. You just ride it out and hope for the best.

Looking back almost 2 months later, there was a point where I thought it'd roll but going 80 in a skid and nipping the wall at around 55 planted her prior to the bad stuff. It's a rough, but cool physics lesion to think about if you're into that stuff. Always did dig crash dynamics when going through classes in school.

Now with the both of them driving modern cars, sure they'll be fine. They're built to take it. It's the loss that truly hurts.

Yeah we went to burn out and his rear end slid around and he turned right into the median. Brand new spanking vette. Not a vette fan, but it had a super charger and such.

I can tell you now I'd probably need therapy if something happened to Daisy. But I'm sure with Zach and Dustin they are new V6's I doubt they will make the kind of hp where you more likely to loose it. But you never know.

I'd bet that the Mustang would lose it more readily. Lighter and probably has a better power to weight ratio. I mean I'm putting 303 at least on my 3400lb car. With my tire change and the dynamics change to the rear when I replace everything but the sway and Tq arm with UMI non adjustable parts... could probably have a better transfer to the road.

Did they tear into the suspension on that 'stang yet to get more power to the ground?
