They did whats called a "drive Stun" is when you take the dart gun part off and just taser him, like the old stun guns, its less effective but still hurts. They were way too close to use the full darts of the taser. If he backed up and shot him then he would of locked up, and they could have cuffed him up.....and why they didnt run after him is beyond me

Could be a PCP addict. There was a 120 male shoplifter I had about 8 years ago back at Target that was hopped up on the stuff. It took 5 of us to get him under control and cuffed to a shopping cart.
