Nah. I generally eat 1400-1600 calories a day. I just make sure what I'm putting in is high quality. Like this morning I had a Smart One Breakfast bowl 220 cal 21g protien. Now this shake which is fruit 285 cal. Late lunch/afternoon snack is Turkey Chili 380cal 28g protein.

the only two times I actually counted my caloric intake was:

1. in Iraq where it was over 9000 cal/day

and

2. about 6 months ago when it was around 3500 cal/day

6'1" 200lbs... and starving.

its good, but it was made with too many onions.

well, the quantity of them wasnt bad, but they weren't diced small. I'm not a fan of "accessory foods" being added in as a full portion....lol

it gets expensive to keep me fed. I'm "lucky" in the fact that I have a super high metabolism. but at the same time, I can go for a couple days on a minimal amount of food, then go out to dinner with friends and finish everyone's plate no problem. I've got the nickname of Human Garbage Disposal back home, but my whole family was raised to eat.

there were three rules at the dinner table back home at mom and grandma's houses
1. whatever was made.... you put some of it on your plate
2. whatever you put on your plate.... you ate
3. you dont get seconds till you clean your plate.

My grandma had 5 boys and 11 grandchildren plus the wives and whatnot. average weekend dinner at grandma's was at least 20 people.

everything. lol

worked 2am-2pm

would have breakfast around midnight-1am, then head to work and have an MRE while at work, then break for lunch, then another MRE in the afternoon, then work out for 2-4 hours, then eat dinner and go to bed.

but my "breakfast" was mini pizzas, steak, potatoes, macaroni, etc as the chow hall was 24/7 and served everything all day.
