I'm gonna try that pudding recipe. Looked good and a good source or protein.

Anyone got a good recipe for chocolate chip cookies that aren't chocolate chip cookies? I think you guys know what I mean.

I've been eating 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1oz of almonds for my afternoon snack lately, but like yogurt and eggs I'm getting tired of the cottage cheese now. Every day for 3 weeks gets a bit old. Time to switch it up again.
How about Greek yogurt?

Has it got enough protein? I need 30gr at least.

Most yogurt I see is only like 12gr.

Yeah, after you've eaten super healthy for a while the fast food will do a number on ya.

Chuys is about the only place I really eat bad anymore.....well that and pizza. If some poor soul sets a pizza in front of me I'm like the Tasmanian devil eating that joker, but neither really makes me feel too bad.

Upping the protein has done a world of good for me. I must not have been getting quite enough before. 200gr a day and I'm feeling much stronger and have more stamina for my workouts.

For 6 oz, it's anywhere from 14-18 grams depending on the flavor! You could add nuts or some other protein!

BAD HABIT

I finally overcome my bad eating habit of eating ice cream. I had a ice cream fit going on for about two weeks. I would eat in the am and in the pm that along with dill pickes. Yes, for the record I'm not preganteven though I'm going on two months late again I need to get back on the birth control pill due to my illness PCOS:( I packed on 5 pounds but I'm FINALLY started to eat right and get back on the right track.

Hmm, I'll check it out. Maybe add a scoop or 1/2 scoop of protein to it.

I always add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to greek yogurt, sometimes blueberries and almonds if it's kind of a meal replacement
