Sweet!! You couldn't get a single wide trailer for $80k here.

When we were houseshopping we looked at a small 900 sq ft condo that was $330k. Granted it was downtown and close to the water, but still overpriced IMO.

I guess im a snob but I could never own a trailer. I just don't think its worth it. I want a stable hurricane safe house with a garage for Daisy and maybe one day a stable mate.

That doesn't make you a snob. I'd never want to own one either unless I had no other option. A couple of friends back home had nice looking double wides, but it's still not something I'd want to own.

Hahah. *raises hand*

He enjoys cooking and doesn't want a enclosed or small kitchen.

I couldn't care less about the kitchen. I wanted a garage, a decent sized living room and my own bathroom.

Hahah such a man. Nope he only cares about the average and kitchen. And he wants it to be a open flow through the house.

On a side note, my right front AAC sidemarker has 5 LEDs that have already burnt out. For the money they charge for their crap you'd think they'd last longer than 2 months.

Wow I have never had problems. Weird. Maybe they don't like the west coast.

I have bad luck at trailer courts! I would rather live in a dumpy apartment in the ghettos? I went to go visit some friends on a Labor Day weekend a few years ago in a trailer court. I wake up and try to go home in the morning. Some moron took all the air out of my tires and bent the valve stems. I had to go to Walmart to fix it being Labor Day and they felt sorry for me and never charged me anything to fix my stems I would never in my right mind park my camaro at a trailer home
