Normally info would have to be more specific but in all honesty you have answered your own question, (well i know i could be stricter in both my diet and work outs)

People go crazy with low carbs but good carbs are not your enemy, stuffing your face with them is the problem.
Yeah... it kind of scared me, like what is it?? There's no easy way to lose weight. Thanks, I just needed someone to tell me NO!!

I'm lucky that I have eaten so well for so long that the sodium in fries makes my throat hurt so I'm not even tempted anymore.

That's how I got a few years back about soda's, to this day, I can't drink one it tastes (to me) like pure sugar. I don't crave sweets, it's the mashed potatoes and the mac n cheese type foods.

Thats why I drink one Coke Zero a day which to me is even too sweet. I crave sweets RARELY. I actually crave fruit for the most part.

When I'm doing the super low carb thing Coke Zero is my savior. I can have one of those and it tricks my body in to thinking I got something sweet.

I'm gonna try that pudding recipe. Looked good and a good source or protein.

Anyone got a good recipe for chocolate chip cookies that aren't chocolate chip cookies? I think you guys know what I mean.

I've been eating 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1oz of almonds for my afternoon snack lately, but like yogurt and eggs I'm getting tired of the cottage cheese now. Every day for 3 weeks gets a bit old. Time to switch it up again.

Ugh... I was like I have been doing so good I think I can go by chickfila for a 6pc chicken nuggets, I'll have enough calories for that today... OMG MY STOMACH HATES ME SO BAD RIGHT NOW. Definately not doing that again. I'm giving up all fast food but Subway.

I'm here to the rescue, We've been gradually getting back my info after my computer crash and have restored my recipie book so to prevent these further binges I will start posting recipies to satisfy all your cravings. These are all very healthy but that doesn't mean go crazy on them.

Here's a couple more, some of these recipies for example the chicken kabobs are geared towards muscle building so if you're leaning more towards fat loss adjust portion sizes.
