Here are a few, these are for a fat loss diet, when working out the protein content is weak so up the protein powder to 1 scoop in each recipe.

I also have a few recipies for homemade protein bars and I think I have one for high protein oatmeal cookies, they all are balanced and made with the things you can and should eat, the only problem is they're on my laptop which crashed, they are trying to recover my info so I cannot post them yet but I will as soon as I can.

I found this website and some of the food looks down right SINFUL.

www.skinnytaste.com

All of them are low fast and high in fiber or protein meals. I'm so excited. I want to try everything on there haha.

Hahah I need variety. I come from a cooking loving family. We spend the most time together in the kitchen.

I'm not part of your "New Years Resolution Weight Loss Group", but saw this the other day and wondered, if anyone has tried these? I miss having any kind of pasta's (low carb'r) and wondered if these would fill-in every now-and-then? And, I'm sure you wouldn't eat them plain they probably taste like nothing.

I'm not familiar with nor do I want to be. It claims it absorbs the flavor of other ingredients, that's what they say about tofu although tofu has benefits(high protein). The way I look at is if I'm going to eat something I want it to have some benefit besides filling my stomach. If you miss pasta you can eat whole grain pasta but like with anything wach your portion sizes. People go crazy with low carbs but good carbs are not your enemy, stuffing your face with them is the problem.

It's always the last few pounds that are the toughest. There are a lot of strategies that are very effective but without knowing your diet and exercise routine(if any) it would be very dificult to give any suggestions. If you could give us some more info it would help.

well i know i could be stricter in both my diet and work outs. but basically i work out for about an hour and a half a day with at least a 1 mile run and as far as the diet goes. i eat either a bowl of special K or oats for breakfast a smoothie just after my work out with a baked chicken breast and dinner is where i always mess up either a 6 in sub or whatever mom cooks because im home for the summer.

chocolate pudding recipe:

one box of sugar free fat free jello pudding (whatever flavor you want) ... the 4 serving box
two scoops of isopure creamy vanilla carb free protein powder
two cups of Mootopia lactose free fat free milk.

127 calories per serving
no fat
3 carbs
15.5g protein

For all you who like sweets, but "can't" do it since you are on the diet, this is the ultimate FIX. I got it from my sarge who is a semi-bodybuilder. He watches everything he eats, but has those cravings too. So, knowing we were trying to do the right thing, he passed along the recipe to us. Now, we pass it along to you.

This is an AWESOME pudding desert. Make it any flavor you want. Just keep it along the same lines as you see above and you are going to LOVE it!!!
