Feeling good. The extra protein is doing it's thing and I'm rounding out I think. Tomorrow is a big day in my routine with back and shoulders. Back just wears me out almost as bad as legs.

OH, and on a side note....some time back I mentioned a female "friend" calling me damaged goods over the no kids deal. Well....she went to the pool with me and suddenly I'm no longer as damaged as she thought I was. Muahahahaha.

Women Good grief there as bad as guys I don't care what they say

I did it. Now I can go in to maintenance mode. WHEW!

I honestly think upping the protein was what actually pushed it down. My weight is up a bit, and I look much more filled out but body fat has dropped steadily all week a tick or two every time I've checked it.

Back workout went great today and I was able to push a few extra reps on most exercises.

Now that I'm where I wanted to be, I'm gonna ease back on the cardio and only do it twice a week at this point and see if that's enough to stay right where I'm at and just continue to eat higher protein to put on some extra mass.

Dinner Turkey tacos

Total 1680

Breakfast 1 pc wheat toast 1 tbsp peaunut butter

Snack Watermelon
Dinner Brown Rice, Chicken, veggies, edamame

Total 1281

Breakfast Chicken Minis 3 count and fruit cup

Hi all, I haven't been posting much but I'm keeping an eye on you all, LOL.
I am not slacking off, I've been keeping up with my workouts as usual. Usually working out helps with my work where as I do a lot of heavy lifting but yesterday was the opposite, Monday was leg day so yesterday I had jelly legs, wouldn't you know I had a bike I built with a large stroker motor and high compression come in for service, it is a kickstart only bike, starting this beast with jelly legs was not fun and now I can hardly walk, good thing today is arm day.

Your calarie intake is about where it should be, more importantly if your getting the results you want don't change it.

That's one of the reasons eating more smaller meals are important, not only does it keep your insulin levels steady and provide your body with a steady flow of nutrients it also doesn't let you feel hungry 'cause as you said you're always eating, this helps prevent cravings and binge eating.A lot of people have trouble eating so frequently but your body gets used to it, I know with me if I don't eat every 2-3 hours I actually feel nausea.
