Those early 2nd Gens were so beautiful, I love the fastback glass and the one three or four up with a vinyl top. Great shot of some old general motors Electro-Motive Division locomotives too.

Dangit! I was opening up the thread asking how they could be 'loading them up' if they aren't sending out or orders yet....and yes I'd seen the other "loading up of the 18wheelers" thread. So, it was either a spin off or the real deal. Dangit...ya got me...

But, if anyone knows...how do they ship them now? Two rows?...one up top and one bottom?

Vega Nation!

Wow...My parents had TWO Vegas back in the 70s...a Wagon and a coupe like the ones in that first pic...both TAN. My father used to super-glue the cracks in the Vinyl seats together!!! Ha!!! What a blast from the past.
Traded the wagon in for an '84 Cavalier Wagon and the coup in for an '85 Chevy Sprint 3cyl. Put Put Put Put....
