It was ridiculous. It happened when I was out bar hopping. I wake up with a splitting headche the next morning to an automated call from the bank, "This is Chase Fraud Protection...". I'm pissed off that they're calling me, then I look in my wallet and find that my card was gone.

Yup! Most fraud dept's are on the ball. 1 out of 5 alerts are usually fraud and usually catch the alerts with in minutes of them happening. Sometimes it is inconvient but the times that it really matters you're glad they are there.

Weedwhacker doesn't like working in 96* heat. So it decided to chuck a rock right in my eye. Stupid german (Stihl) engineering.

And no, I was not and probably never will be supplied with safety glasses. Board induced budget cuts on the course.

But, the bright side is that the welding is done for the most part. If putting the interior back in avoids being a bear then maybe I'll have her by next week. To have an LS engine underfoot again.. finally.

You'd think that basic safety equipment like goggles would be cheaper than a workman's comp suit, but I guess that's business for ya

Flip on the news and you just repeated every pundit on 3 channels. Thank god for early quittin' time (100* and everything just up and stopped working/overheated) so I could stop going around as a pirate landscaper.

I carry cash. I only allot myself $75.00 a week for food/red bull/etc. been doing so for the last 2 months and have realized that I've nickel and dimed nearly 2k each month out of my monies.

oh, and www.mint.com is a wonderful tool as well

Totally brought the Gabriel Iglesias special to mind when him and one of his friends flash the splash mountain camera at disney. Can't find it on youtube but it's funny as hell.
