Meals and today's workout look like this:

6:30am - 35 mins cardio

7am - 2 egg beaters 3 pieces turkey bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cheddar
12pm - 6oz flank steak, 2 cups green beans
3pm - 1 cup cottage cheese, 2tbsp natural peanut butter
6pm - 2 scoops ON Pro Complex
8pm - 6oz flank steak, spinach salad

That'll give me right at 1700 or so calories, 200gr of protein, and only 38gr net carbs for the day. 50/40/10 ratio protein/fat/carbs.

I'm about to wrap up and will go to maintenance as I'm right on top of my goal. I know Hrpii doesn't put any weight on those BF monitors, but that's all I really have to go on. I was 154lbs this morning and 7.2% BF according to the little gizmo. Once it hits 6.x% I'll switch to maintenance and just try to stay there and likely pulse carbs throughout the summer.
Haha I know. I am pretty strict about my diet but that is not for me. I just want to be healthy.

But BB you have the right idea, you are doing this the healthiest way .....competing is a different story...thats why I only compete one month a year....too much of that diet would not be good...IMO!!

When I'm a size 2-4 I'm happy. No one is perfect I just want to extend my life, look great and feel comfortable in my clothes.

Yeah thats what my sister said. That cutting carbs for long periods of time can be bad for you. I dont remember why exactly. She goes into all those big words and I blank out. lol.

I agree that low carbs are NOT good for extended periods. I just use that method to shave those last little bits then go back to a more balanced diet for maintenance.

I admit it gets a bit extreme...for Bonnie it's understandable for competition but since I don't compete maybe I just have a screw loose hahah.

I'm OCD about everything. You could eat dinner off the engine bay of my car.

Kitchen cupboard is alphabetized, all that.
