Thanks everyone!! I just wish I had a tan to make my complexion look better!!! Sadly I won't be getting one over here considering that showing your ankle over here could be construed as porn!!!
By time I get back it will be going on winter

I went to Subway for lunch and they had a sign on their door saying cash only. WTH?! Who carries cash? So I decided to give Quiznos another try. Got the Chicken Cantina Sammie (270cal) and a cup of chili (130cal).

Anyone who's never tried going very low carb on a diet should try it out, it's a real experience LMAO. I've had VERY few carbs for the past 4-5 days. I mean like 40gr maybe even less a day and the bulk of those are fibrous so the net carbs are even less. Today I had a few after working out, and some brown rice at lunch just to give me a bump mid week. Start feeling kinda like you're in a daze after several days of no carbs, and don't stretch too hard or your muscles instantly cramp. |

Obviously I'm being sarcastic. Low carbs are only for hard core folks. It really screws with ya.
Meals and today's workout look like this: 6:30am - 35 mins cardio 7am - 2 egg beaters 3 pieces turkey bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cheddar 12pm - 6oz flank steak, 2 cups green beans 3pm - 1 cup cottage cheese, 2tbsp natural peanut butter 6pm - 2 scoops ON Pro Complex 8pm - 6oz flank steak, spinach salad That'll give me right at 1700 or so calories, 200gr of protein, and only 38gr net carbs for the day. 50/40/10 ratio protein/fat/carbs. I'm about to wrap up and will go to maintenance as I'm right on top of my goal. I know Hrpii doesn't put any weight on those BF monitors, but that's all I really have to go on. I was 154lbs this morning and 7.2% BF according to the little gizmo. Once it hits 6.x% I'll switch to maintenance and just try to stay there and likely pulse carbs throughout the summer. My main concern was losing strength, and I'm happy to say that's stayed pretty constant, or even gone up a bit. Stamina is down but I can still bench 225 without too much trouble, so like I said early on with CFD I've found a method that seems to work great for me. I'll continue to post updates until I hit that 6.x% number, after that I'll just encourage everyone else to hit their personal goals. |
