I did a lot of ebay deals starting when I was 16. I auctioned raffle tickets for iPods at first, at 10 $ a ticket and when the auction ended randomly picked a name and sent it to them. I made about 800-1000 $ off each normal auction, and when something new came out (like the first iphone) I would pay a premium to buy one, sell the tickets for 20 $ and make a LOT off of them. I ran about 5 auctions a week, after about a year and a half though ebay decided to make raffles/sweepstakes illegal on their site and shut it down. Finally, when I was a junior in high school and the whole "swine flu" thing happened, I noticed everyone bought purell, the hand sanitizer. Took a huge risk, but had my dad invest 80 % of my money into Johnson and Johnson stock and sold at over 300 % profit 4 months later. I just don't want to spend that money while I thankfully don't have to yet, because my parents are more than able to support me throughout college and such and want me to have as much money as I can out of college so all my savings are in the bank with interest right now. They just make me pay for my insurance because of all my tickets. I also do a lot of landscaping during the summer, but try not to spend any of that money right now but a SS is tempting...

Thanks!! It's really annoying when everyone else my age around me who doesn't know me well just calls me a spoiled little rich kid, but I don't care because I know while they were working at McDonald's I made my money myself. I bought the Subaru myself, but to keep a good credit score financed it. Great deal, got it for 900 $ under invoice so it was about 19,8xx traded in my Jeep for the EXACT KBB value, they were offering 3000 at first I said I'll take the KBB of 5600 and financed at 1.9 % for 36 months. And I get 31 mpg on the highway!!!!

Suuuure Just playing man, I'm probably not going to post pics here to be honest because she doesn't know about the forum and I don't want to do it without telling her. I don't want her to find out either, because she has a whole thread dedicated to her beating me and I will never hear the end of it

You shouldn't let what other people say or think bother you. People are too quick to judge sometimes without knowing all of the facts. Other than losing to a girl in a Mustang it sounds like you're doing well for yourself.

By the way, you should kick that salesman's ass because it's ultimately his fault you lost to your girlfriend since he practically talked your parents into the V6.

Oh you know the one you started, if I recall right it was titled "IBECK got beat by a girl in a mustang" or something like that. If she finds out about that she will NEVER shut up about it. She hasn't said anything yet today.
