"NAGAAA might very well believe that given the history of gay exclusion for sports, the only way to promote competition for all persons, and ensure that gay athletes have the same opportunities as straight athletes, is to create an exclusively gay community with exceptions for a small number of straight players," the ruling states. "It is not the role of the courts to scrutinize the content of an organization's chosen expression."
I can just see this evolving into more avenues. NAACP will start a black only league, which will then lead to every other race having their own league to play in.

IMO, I could give a rats ass whether someone is gay or not. if they can swing the stick and hit the ball well enough then....

wait... that didnt sound right...

No I work in Fraud and I'm going to get my 2nd degree in accounting, which i royally suck at. This is a 10 hr day job, work sat and holidays. I can't work here and go back to school. A job i applied to along time ago, another bank for a teller position called. Its full time and they said they will match or beat my pay. So it would be better in the regards that I could go to school with less stress and get the same/more pay but it is a step backwards.

Thats what I am thinking. And I would only need to stay there till I get past intermediate Accounting then I could get an accounting internship or find a job as a credit analyst.

It's only a step backward if you plan on staying in banking forever at the same place. If the new place is willing to pay you the same for an easier position with less hours, it's almost like you're getting a raise. If you work your way up to your current position at the new place, you'll be making even more!

I'm having some work sadness too. They had us all on a pay freeze for the last two years, and now that it's over, the raise I got was very disappointing. Less than I got after my very first year with the company, and I've taken on a ton of extra responsibility in the last couple. I think it's decision time here. Do I really want to work my ass off for a company that pays like this?
