id let your muscles heal first before you get a massage otherwise you are going to be in more pain for a long time if you buise your muscle even more just sayin

Have you tried seitan? It's also called wheat meat. I tried it for the first time last weekend and it's great! It's a ton of protein and barely any fat or calories. It's got the texture of meat, it's easy to make, and it tastes like whatever you season it with. I had it in shish kabobs.

I used to get massages all the time during Insanity. It actually helps. Plus I get horrible tension headaches so it really cuts those down for me.
