I think it's stupid how he can do 128 in a 45 and not be thrown in jail. But hey, that's the celebrity double-standard our country has grown to accept.

He should have been face planted into the pavement, cuffed ,and tossed in jail just like a regular person. What would have happen if he had killed someone?

so why do so many people not like kyle busch? Because he is at the front of the feild every weekend and tells people how it really is. he is a great driver and a heck of alot better thatn jimmie or jeff. you keep this thread around long enough and KYLE will have more wins that anyother NASCAR driver, expect for Petty. The guy has more NATIONWIDE wins than anyone and he is like 27ish

as for speeding. the 128 mph would be our 35 on the interstate. the dude gets paid to go as fast as he can all the time, day or night. It is in his blood to go fast.

All famous people get special treatment!!!! i am not mad about that as long as they do not hurt someone. If you want specail treatment change your profession and GET FAMOUS.

It is time the world STOPPED treating people differently because somebody holds "celebrity status" - as public figures, they should be held to a HIGHER standard than the normal Joe. There is NO REASON to be driving ANY CAR at 128 miles per hour on a U.S. PUBLIC ROAD THAT IS POSTED AT 45 MPH - EVER! That tells me that the road is through a populated/busy area and an unsuspecting person would have pulled in front of him and could have been killed. This is the same as street racing in my book. And celebrities, as they are famous, are seen as an EXAMPLE to their fans. What kind of example does Kyle set to his die hard fans when he pulls crap like this? When the diehard Kyle Bush fan kils somebody pulling a stunt like this, do they get to go home after the gentle pat on the butt by Officer Nascar Fan?

I don't root for him mainly because he drives a Toyota. I hate anything that has anything to do with Toyota. If you drive, own, work on, build, wash, haul, or anything else with a Toyota in NASCAR then I don't like you. Plus the fact that he acts like an ass most of the time. He just proved that by what he did. What ever happened to the Bill Elliotts of the NASCAR world?

He's better than Jimmy or Jeff? Are you on crack? He can win in the minor league's but he get's beat all the time on Sunday. NO WAY will he get second in all times wins. Bottom line is, he needs to grow up and be more respectful of people. His attitude will be the downfall of him if he doesn't change it.

You know it's funny to hear folks in this forum getting on Kyle, like we haven't nailed the gas and exceeded the speed limit in our cars a time or two. Now if he gets special treatment I don't agree with that.

I admit to punching it more than once and even double + the speed limit ON THE HIGHWAY where the limit posted was 65 mph and there is NOBODY around. He DID receive special treatment, and was doing 128 in a posted 45 mph road.

And coolman - I agree 10,000% on the Toyota feelings.

I pushed my Mitt 3000GT to 138mph on a back road and didn't get caught, he did.

Did he get fair and equal treatment, heck no, but he is a celeb.

Get celeb status and you can do stupid stuff too.
