OT-Los Angeles PD getting Chevy Caprices'

No more Crown Vics. Automatic license plate readers, night vision and on and on. Only 350 HP though, so we can still outrun them.

Well if you try here in PA I wouldnt worry about it. Our $785 MILLION dollar radio system is horrendous. Compliments of former Governor Rendell.
