Blood pressure?

Just tested at 106/67. I've tested too low in the past that my Dr had to retake it a few time.

But for some reason I get nervous when im gettin tested...

No, as in he/she was nervous so what the doctor read is probably higher than his/her standing BP. Blood pressure really shouldn't be that low, puts you at risk of passing out/fainting.

I'm 26 and mine on AVG is 164/111, and i'm in good shape.

I was in the low-normal range last time I tested, but I forgot the numbers.

That is a terrible BP. I don't think my diastolic even gets that high during exercise.

If the doc's office heightens your tension, get a blood pressure testing device for yourself to use. They're for sale at any pharmacy. I bought one of the fully automatic, top-of-the-line kind, and I think it was about forty bucks; not a big deal for something that provides you such an important indicator of your health.

By the way, I'm fifty-six years old, and my pressure was 120/76.

The second figure is the more important one, if it's 90 or above, thass no good.

I have hypotension, my normal bp is 80/50!!!! I dont want to take meds so I control it with salt. Salt helps but I also have to be careful when I sit up or even out in the sun for too long. I black out which is not fun!!!
