Good that Clint rates 2 of these....I personally favor the following scene. I also thought about a scene in the dropship from Aliens, Slim Pickens going down with the bomb and a couple of other classic scenes...but the following scene gets my vote:

My all time favorite scene is in tombstone. Where doc holiday is waiting by the tree for ringo and hd says "I'm your huckleberry" love it!
