Nothing much just trying to stay up and post, I have nothing better to do and im lovin it.

Milk's milk is always bad it always has a sour taste to it.

im tryin to leavework early get some rest and go to the gym for 2 hours after my next job!

Yea right! dang that sounds like a busy day, or week, if you do that all the time, just get yourself a bench thats what i got and you can work out almost anything with that squad, arms,chest, legs, shoulders, triceps which are the most important well what the ladies like.
Unless your one of those guys that keep trying to beat there max then a gym is "kind of" necessary but i work out just to work out.

ive got like 12 mor epounds to go! i better get there in the next 3 weeks or ill have to be stricter on my diet!

I hate diets but when i have a stricted diet to be on its.
Breakfast-- Egg whites and protein shake
lunch-- Tuna, a full can.
Dinner--Cereal then protein shake, Im telling you man those proteins shakes taste nasty, the mix does but for some reason when i add egg whites and peanut butter it taste so much better. If you know any OK tasting ones let me know.
