Yeah, that's not far from my house. I drive that stretch often. The cop is probably in trouble though, he could have taken the guy down. Not sure if Summerville has tazers but it looked like the cop was up for a fist fight almost like he was enjoying it.

Yea you can see the cop tase him in the first few min, but he just shook it off so it's easy to miss it.
I would have to agree the cop prob got a talking to, it was way too easy for him to jack the cop car.
