Okay, I'm pretty damn sure my ticket is BS.

I think I know what happened. I bought a Pay and Display ticket at 1:30. It expired at 4:01 PM, exactly when WC5 permit holders are allowed parking in any non-restricted parking space on Central Campus. My WC5 permit is clearly displayed in my windshield. Now because I was in a Visitor space, the T&P guy must have looked only at my expired parking pass and didn't bother to check for WC5 permit in the windshield.

If you go to T&P's website (tp.osu.edu), page 12 under Central Campus vs West Campus, it clearly says that any West Campus permit holders can park on Central Campus from 4PM to 3AM in any non-restricted space. A restricted space is clearly defined by a brown "R" with hash marks. A Visitor space, therefore, is NOT a Restricted space, which leads me to conclude that my ticket is a huge load of BS.
