I did it with Akuma. since his combos are the easiest to do.

don't need any first attacks. it depends on rounds. Fastest way is

Best of 1 round
Easiest
1 perfect
2 ultra finishes

best of 3 rounds requires
2 perfects
3 ultra finishes.

I just got either all perfects or ultra combo finishes

i've heard so many strats... i've heard 2 perfects, then 3 ultra finishes, and then don't get any more perfects or ultra finishes.. it's frustration at it's end.. controllers are expensive.. 70 bucks!

madcatz wired controllers are 20-25 bucks and work just as well. you can buy custom joysticks for the cost of 2 controllers. Normal joysticks are like 60 bucks but won't last nearly as long.

a friend of mine has everyone but seth and said this is what he used, http://www.cheatcc.com/xbox360/stree...eatscodes.html

he said in addition to whats on that site for seth, you have to beat arcade mode with all characters in one sitting in a row without losing a single round

speaking of controllers...does anyone know where I can find a PS360 controller??? I really need one, Ive got killzone 2 for PS3, but the playstation controller is trash...I guess Ive been gettin spoiled boy dreamcast/xbox too long. any help?

you don't have to do it in one sitting. just beat it with every character, and it doesn't have to be in a row. As long as you have the beginning and ending movie for every character you're fine.

I started looking for it after I started playing killzone 2. Theres a instruction on how to do the mod, but that guy goes through waaay too much trouble, using tact switches and the whole nine. Ive seen another one that didnt do all that crap, if I could find an instruction Id make my own. they arent that easy to find for sale...but Id be willing to pay top dollar.
