Thats not mental agility though. Thats just ... uh ... not mental agility.

When do you prove that you can think on your feet? Deal with the unexpected? Turn seemingly simple comments into much deeper questions? Synthesize and analyze information from a variety of sources? Put on your orange hat! Identify and avoid the irrelevant? Recall minute details as needed? Shift your focus? Answer stupid questions rapidly?
